Mrs. Revels in Kindergarten

My name is April Jo Revels. I am 26 years old and I have lived here in Person County my whole life. I received my BS in Elementary Education from Greensboro College. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree at North Carolina Central University. Since graduating from college I have taught third grade, first grade, and kindergarten. Kindergarten is where my heart is. I love to teach children and watch them grow.
My husband and I just had our first child, Logan Alan on February 1, 2010. When I am not teaching I love spending time with my family, working out, reading, traveling, and playing Super Mario Bros.
I believe that ALL children are special and can become lifelong learners! Nothing makes me happier than seeing my students smile or hearing them laugh.
 

Jeratha Lea Carver

My name is Jeratha Lea Carver. I was born in Person County. I am 51 years old. I have been a teacher assistant for 10 years and a bus driver for 2 ½ years. My favorite color is yellow. My son is 20 and a senior in college where he is enrolled in radiography. I love working with children, especially the little ones because they will somehow manage to make you laugh if you are having a bad day. They are one of God’s most precious gifts and I love every one of them.
